Silver State Gaming

Participation	This is a joint venture between the location and Silver State Gaming if a location is currently licensed or wishes to acquire their own gaming license. SSG will provide all necessary hardware, equipment, maintenance and other services. Slot revenue will be shared on a “graduated split” arrangement.

Space Lease	This type of contract is for locations that are not licensed. SSG will provide all necessary hardware, equipment, maintenance and other services. SSG will pay a set amount of “rent” for the space to operated games in your location.

Maintenance Agreement	With a maintenance agreement, the location is currently licensed by NGCB and owns all of the equipment. SSG will provide all necessary maintenance on approved equipment for a flat per call fee and replacement costs.

Service Agreement	A Service Agreement encompasses all services provide under the Maintenance Agreement in addition to Value Added Services such as Preventive Maintenance, drops, performance analysis and installation services.


Marketing	Silver State Gaming will assist our customers with marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize their play and profitability.
